01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing fivem.win ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

02 Description of Service

fivem.win is a Discord community management platform that provides tools for lead management, campaign creation, workflow automation, and analytics for Discord server administrators. The Service requires a Discord account and operates within Discord's Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice to registered users.

03 Accounts & Access

Access to fivem.win is provided exclusively through Discord OAuth 2.0. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Discord account and credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring that your use of the Service complies with Discord's Terms of Service
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access to your account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by Discord's ToS in your region) to create an account.

04 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations, or Discord's Terms of Service
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or conduct mass DM campaigns without recipient consent
• Harass, threaten, or harm other Discord users
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or other malicious content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent security measures
• Use automated tools to access the Service at rates exceeding fair use
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

05 Intellectual Property

fivem.win and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by fivem.win and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service.

06 User Content

You are solely responsible for the content of your campaigns, automations, and any messages sent through the Service to Discord communities. You must have the right to use any content you submit and must not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or applicable law.

07 Payments & Billing

Certain features of fivem.win may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Prices may change with 30 days advance notice to active subscribers

08 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data deletion will follow our Privacy Policy retention schedule.

09 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, fivem.win shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

fivem.win is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc.
